A wedding takes twelve to fifteen vendors and one timeline. Runsheet keeps that timeline, the vendor list and the paperwork in a single place that updates for everybody at once.

Who it is for

Photographers first — you are there for the whole day, so you feel a bad timeline before anyone else does. Then planners and coordinators, videographers, DJs and bands, hair and makeup, florists, caterers and venues.

Runsheet is not a planning app for couples. There is no registry, no seating chart, no guest list. Couples can be given view access to a wedding; the vendors working it own the account.

Inviting the other vendors on an event is free and always will be. They do not need an account to see the wedding you invited them to.
